Kate H. is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner currently working for Goldwind, a global leader in sustainable energy solutions, managing projects across Australia since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kate served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Freshwater Group from January 2023 to February 2024, focusing on recruitment within the energy sector in Australasia. Kate was also involved with Opulent Group as Studio Manager at FS8 from May 2021 to January 2023, contributing to the growth of a leading fitness franchise. Earlier experience includes several roles at Hays in the public sector recruitment space from September 2015 to May 2021, showcasing a strong foundation in recruiting and management. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, Film from Aberystwyth University.
