Jim Grant has a diverse background in music and theatre, currently serving as the Theatre Services Coordinator for the City of Goldsboro, NC since May 2020. As a professional musician since 1993, Jim Grant has performed as a vocalist and actor across various venues, including church and musical theatre. Previous experience includes serving as Choral Director at Johnston County Schools, where Jim Grant established the All Knight Theatre, and working as Music Director at Wayne County Schools, directing music theatre shows and general music education. Jim Grant began the career in education as a Music Teacher at Kinston High School from 1993 to 1998. Jim Grant holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from East Carolina University, obtained in 1993, and graduated from Westover Senior High School in 1989.
