Cindy Fisher has cultivated a diverse career in the field of journalism and technical documentation. With over two decades of experience at GOLDPoint Systems, Cindy has progressed from a Product Support Specialist to the Director of Documentation, focusing on creating context-sensitive help, release notifications, tutorials, API documentation, and marketing materials. Prior experience includes serving as a news reporter for the Orem Daily Journal, where Cindy conducted interviews with community leaders and designed pages using DTI software, and as a copy editor for the Daily Universe, where editing and newspaper layout tasks were performed using Quark Express. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism from Brigham Young University.
