Jocelyn Wessels has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Jocelyn started their career at Pepsi Beverages Company in 2003, where they initially served as a Training Manager before transitioning to the role of a Senior Human Resource Manager. Jocelyn joined Microsoft in 2011 as a Senior Human Resource Manager, where they worked until 2016. Following their tenure at Microsoft, Jocelyn Wessels joined Sanford Health as an Executive Director - HR Strategic Partner, a position they held for four years before taking on their current role as the Chief People Officer at Goldmark Property Management in 2020.

Jocelyn Wessels holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in General Studies from South Dakota State University.
