Swapnil Singh Kapoor, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President, HR Business Partner at Goldman Sachs, Swapnil has held various positions in the organization, including Associate, HR Business Partner and Human Capital Management HR Business Partner/Talent Advisor. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Swapnil founded Little Desirez LLC and worked at MetLife as Compensation Benefits Manager and HR Business Partner and Recruiter.
