Rithika Suresh is a seasoned professional in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as an Associate in Learning and Development at Goldman Sachs since May 2024. Prior to this, Rithika held multiple roles at Plum, including Manager and Lead in People Success, contributing to employee health insurance solutions backed by Tiger Global and Sequoia. Experience as a Recruiter at leap.club involved efforts to increase female representation in leadership roles. At WNS Global Services, Rithika progressed from Management Trainee to Deputy Manager in Human Resources, managing various HR initiatives, including a talent engagement project for millennials and campus recruitment processes for top institutions.
