Yuren Castillo is an Environmental Engineer and the Earth & Environment Manager for Golder in Mexico since July 2017. With extensive experience in the mining sector, Yuren Castillo has held significant positions, including Chief of Department/Superintendente Medio Ambiente y Rel. Comunitarias at Aurico Gold de Mexico (Minera Frisco) since April 2008, where responsibilities include environmental management, development of environmental control plans, and community relations projects. Previous roles include Superintendente de Gestion Operativa Ambiental at GoldCorp, Minera Peñasquito from July 2014 to April 2016, and Supervisor de Medio Ambiente at Gammon Lake de Mexico in 2008-2009.
