Serhat Demirel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the engineering and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Principal and Operations Manager at WSP since April 2021, Serhat previously held roles at Golder Associates as Operations Manager and Project Manager from October 2009 to the present. Earlier professional experience includes positions as Assistant Project Manager at Global Investment Holdings and Mining Group-Project Engineer at Enerjisa in 2008. Additionally, Serhat contributed as a Technical Consultant at Turkish Coal Enterprises from 2004 to 2008 and worked as a Teaching Assistant at Middle East Technical University from 2001 to 2004. Serhat holds both BSc and MSc degrees in Geological Engineering from Middle East Technical University and graduated from Ankara Ataturk Anadolu Lisesi.
