Chris Beels, CFA, currently serves as Co-CTO and Head of Development at GoldenTree Asset Management since February 2011. Prior roles include Director of Fixed Income Apps Development at Millennium Partners, Head of Liquid and Risk Systems at D.B. Zwirn, and Vice President of Risk and Margin Technology at Merrill Lynch. Chris began a career in technology as a Senior Developer at RiskMetrics and as a Quant Analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Stanford University, attained between 1991 and 1994.
