Dawn Gillis is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Golden Corral Corporation, Dawn has previously held pivotal roles including Vice President of IT and Chief Technology Officer at Freebirds World Burrito and Chief Technology Officer at Torchy's Tacos. In addition, significant responsibilities were undertaken at 7-Eleven as Senior Director for Acquisition Integration IT and Technology Services, as well as IS Director for Business Transformation Deployment.
