Heather C. is a Manager GBD Special Programs at Amerigroup Iowa. Heather oversees a team of LTSS Community Based Case Managers to ensure quality care coordination. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Community Based Case Manager at Anthem, Inc. since November 2015.
