Diana Smart Bawcum is an experienced professional in the field of support coordination for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Currently serving as the IDD Program Manager at Wellpoint since February 2022, Diana previously held the position of Tennessee Statewide Manager of Support Coordination at Amerigroup, where responsibilities included overseeing Support Coordinators in the development of person-centered Individual Support Plans. Diana's extensive career also includes significant roles such as Executive Director at Neighborhood Network, where responsibilities encompassed agency management, compliance monitoring, and staff training.
