Anthony Perez is an experienced manager and engineer with a strong background in power plant construction and project management. Currently serving as the Member Programs and Services Manager and Senior Project Manager at Golden Spread Electric Cooperative, Inc. since January 2011, Anthony oversees the construction of new power plants. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Plant Engineer at Xcel Energy from 2004 to 2010, Design Engineer/Controls at Utility Engineering from 1999 to 2004, and Outside Plant Engineer at U S WEST from 1996 to 1999. Anthony holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from New Mexico State University.
