Laura Elliott is an accomplished professional in package development and sustainability with extensive experience spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Application Development at Cove, Laura is focused on incorporating compostable bio-resins into packaging for eco-conscious brands. Prior roles include New Business Development Manager for the Western Region at PTI, where Laura facilitated packaging development projects and sustainability goals, and Director of Product and Package Innovation at R2 Design Lab, Inc., providing comprehensive support to major consumer packaged goods clients. Laura’s background also includes leadership positions in package development at GP Development Group, JAFRA Cosmetics International, Bacardi, H2O+ Beauty, and co-founding Golden Prairie Brewing Company while holding a BS in Package Engineering from Michigan State University.
