Walter Carter IV, CPA, CGBP, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at Golden Frog, GmbH since June 2019, Walter oversees a diverse portfolio of global direct-to-consumer SaaS brands. Previously, Walter held the position of Senior Accounting Manager at Rooster Teeth from June 2016 to June 2019, contributing to a private equity-backed digital entertainment company acquired by AT&T. Additional experience includes roles as Controller at Capital Printing Co. and Senior Accountant at both EZ Corp and Rêv Worldwide.
