Sianitawati Rustam has a diverse range of work experience in various legal roles. From 2015 to the present, they have been the Legal Mining Department Head at PT Golden Energy Mines. Prior to this, they worked as the Junior Legal Manager at PT Permata Energy Resources from 2013 to 2015. Sianitawati'sexperience also includes serving as the Senior Legal Counsel at PT Reswara Minergi Hartama from 2009 to 2013, where they provided legal services to the company and its subsidiaries, handled legal affairs, and managed external legal counsel. Before that, they worked as an Associate Lawyer at Arie Hutagalung and Partners, where they performed tasks such as researching and drafting legal opinions, handling corporate secretarial work, and drafting various agreements.

Sianitawati Rustam pursued their education at the University of Indonesia from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Law degree with a focus on Law of Economy Activity. In 2021, Sianitawati enrolled at the PPM School of Management to pursue a postgraduate degree in Risk Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
