Maria Clavijo-Demchalk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager of Service and Maintenance at Gold Medal Pools since October 2022, Maria also holds a membership with CHIEF since June 2022. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Powerhouse, Senior Principal Consultant at C&C Ingenieria y Procesos, and Vice President of Customer Experience at Vixxo. Maria's career began at American Express as an Engineer in the Service Engineering Group and was further shaped by roles at UPS and FM Facility Maintenance. Maria holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Norte.
