Justin Barham started their career at Ferguson Enterprises in 1999, where they worked as an Outside Sales representative and later became a Branch Manager. In 2009, they founded Optimum Outdoor Concepts LLC and served as the President/Owner until 2013. Since then, they have been working at Gold Medal Pools, initially as the Director of Residential Construction and currently as the Director of Sales and Construction.

Justin Barham attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1995 to 1999. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Economics and a minor in Business.
