Kara Gosa worked as the CFO/Controller at Gold Mechanical from January 2019. Before that, they were the Controller at Environmental Works Inc. from June 2011 until January 2019.

Kara Gosa obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Missouri State University, where they attended from 2005 to 2011. Kara later pursued higher education and earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from Western Governors University, completing their studies between 2015 and 2017.
