Katie joined Gold Coast Search Partners shortly after inception and is based in our New York office. Prior to GCSP, Katie spent three years at Guggenheim Securities on the Investment Banking Operations team as a Recruiter. While there, she managed both lateral and campus recruitment for the Investment Banking Division. Before Guggenheim, Katie began her career in Talent Acquisition at Sonos, Inc. in Boston.

Katie graduated from Boston College with a degree in Applied Psychology and Human Development and was a member of the Varsity Women’s Rowing team.
