Oluwafemi Sopeju is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, capacity building, and program management. Currently serving as the Training Manager at GOKADA since November 2022, Oluwafemi oversees training associates and revamps training curricula to improve onboarding conversion rates. Prior to this role, Oluwafemi held the position of Head of Capacity Building, Training and Development at CityDrivers-NG, managing key operational tasks including recruitment and employee welfare. With a history of impactful project management at FINDEF, including managing successful UN/WFP programs in Yobe and Lagos States, Oluwafemi demonstrates a commitment to addressing social issues such as gender inequality and marginalization. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
