Rinchen Dolma possesses extensive experience in aviation management, currently serving as the Senior Manager for the Cadet Pilot Program at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) since May 2019, having previously held the role of Manager for the same program. Prior to this, Rinchen was the Country Representative for India at Sunrise Aviation from December 2017 to March 2019. Rinchen also held a managerial position at CAE from June 2013 to November 2017, contributing valuable expertise in the aviation training sector.
