Amy Duran is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in clinical education and leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning and Leadership at GoHealth Urgent Care, Amy has previously held significant roles such as Senior Director of Clinical Education and Training and Director of Clinical Education at DispatchHealth. Prior to that, Amy was the Director of Clinical Education, Regional Operations Director, and Outpatient Facility Administrator at DaVita Kidney Care. Amy's career began at Memorial Hospital of Los Banos as an RN in the Medical/Surgical Unit and includes experience as a Mental Health Coordinator at Risk Management Strategies. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Ambulatory Care from Western University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a focus on Community Health Education from California State University, Long Beach.
