Susanne Randerath is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager for GoGlobal since May 2021, Randerath oversees HR operations for the DACH Region and previously held roles at Thomas Cook and Wichtel Akademie München GmbH as Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and compliance with employment laws. Randerath has also contributed to the HR field through roles at Mavi Jeans and in recruitment at Monroe Personnel Service LLC and Temptime. Randerath holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a Diplom in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz.
