Nowa Sutaka is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Recruit & Hire for the APAC region at GoGlobal. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Group Head and Associate General Manager at HCLTech, as well as Senior Recruiter at Microsoft and Full Life Cycle Recruiter at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Earlier career experiences involve internal recruitment for Japan regional businesses at Hays and consulting on recruiting sales experts in the industrial field at Hays Osaka. Nowa Sutaka holds a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language and Culture from California State University-Sacramento and has studied at Kansai College of Business and Languages in Osaka, Japan.
