Myrna Gagnier, CTAL-TM, currently serves as Test Engineering Manager at GoFundMe, overseeing and mentoring a geographically distributed team of Manual and Automation Test Engineers since September 2021. Previously, Myrna was the Director of Customer Service and Quality Assurance at Auto-Graphics, Inc., where management of remote QA and Customer Support teams occurred within an agile environment. Myrna also held the position of Sr. Manager, QA at Mercury Insurance, leading enterprise QA activities and collaborating with executives and management throughout the software development lifecycle. Earlier in Myrna's career, roles included Software Engineering Manager and Systems Engineering Manager at Northrop Grumman, where leadership in integration activities for the Los Angeles Police Department’s dispatch systems was key.
