Samantha Brown is an experienced implementation consultant and customer success representative at GoFormz, where responsibilities include troubleshooting client issues and assisting with the quality assurance of internal software. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Jungo as a Tier 3 customer support representative and setup specialist, providing advanced technical support and training colleagues on account management. Samantha has a strong background in customer service, demonstrated through roles at Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery and O'Charley's, where exceptional service and operational efficiency were consistently delivered. Additionally, Samantha held the position of sales manager at AT&T, where leadership and inventory management skills were honed. Samantha is currently pursuing a Full Stack Coding Certificate from UC San Diego Extended Studies.
