Roman Pron has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Roman began their career in 2004 as a Project Manager at the Institute for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation, where they conducted research and advocacy projects focused on promoting liberal democracy and strengthening civil society. From 2006 to 2008, Roman worked as a Country Manager at Aydon Consultants, providing business development support to international companies looking to enter the Ukrainian market. Roman then joined LPG Moravia as a Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist, helping the company strategically distribute fuel and oil products in the global market.
In 2010, Roman joined Kuehne+Nagel, one of the world's leading logistics providers, as a Senior Sales Executive. Roman gradually rose to the position of Head of Railfreight Department, overseeing various responsibilities such as identifying new business opportunities, procuring new deals, coaching the operational logistics team, and designing services according to customer needs. Roman also played a crucial role in managing customer retention, resolving conflicts, and maintaining financial metrics.
Most recently, Roman served as the Chief Executive Officer at FEROTELA, a digital freight forwarder company. In this role, they focused on revolutionizing the transportation industry by developing a Transport Management Platform. The platform aimed to assist shippers and trucking companies in efficiently managing their cargo transportation needs.

Roman'sexperience in various sectors, including transportation, consultancy, and academia, has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of global markets and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
Roman Pron has a diverse education history in the field of business and technology management. Roman attended Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 2001 to 2007, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in International Economic Relations. In 2020 to 2021, they attended Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and studied Human Resources Management. Roman then enrolled at UCU Business School (LvBS) from 2021 to 2023, focusing on a Master of Science degree in Technology Management. Additionally, in 2022, they attended DePaul University for a brief period and studied Business Innovation & Design. Roman holds certifications in areas such as Business Analysis in IT from Web Academy, Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles from edX, and People Management, Strategy, Organizational Structure from the Adizes Institute. In 2023, they pursued a degree in Strategic Marketing Planning at the University of Fredericton.
