Derek Hershaw is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and internet service industries, currently serving as Sales Channel Manager at GoFibre since January 2025. Prior to this role, Derek held multiple positions at Herotel from November 2019 to January 2025, including Business Consultant, Chief Commercial Officer, and National Commercial Manager. From 2009 to 2017, Derek was the CEO of MWEB, overseeing five direct reports and reporting to the CEO of MultiChoice and the board of directors. Earlier in Derek's career, from 1991 to 1998, the role of Senior Client Services Manager was held at Norwich Life, focusing on improving service levels and operational efficiencies.
