Saurabh Chaudhuri currently serves as the HR Lead for the Global Center of Excellence on Talent, Rewards, and People Processes at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, overseeing HR functions across multiple geographies. Previously, Saurabh held several high-level HR roles at udaan.com, including HR Head and Lead for various business categories, and was instrumental in developing HR strategies for a vast B2B e-commerce startup. Prior experience includes leading Industrial Relations for Grasim Industries Ltd. and various HR leadership positions at Aditya Birla Group. Saurabh’s career initiated with internships in notable companies such as Hindustan Unilever, Nokia, and Siemens. Saurabh holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, alongside degrees in International Relations and Political Science.
