Shyam Motwani has extensive experience in leadership roles within the manufacturing and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Business Head of the Locking Solutions and Systems Division at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. since May 1998, Shyam leads business strategy and marketing efforts. Previous positions include Vice President roles in the Retail Division and Marketing & Exports at Godrej, as well as General Manager positions at Torrel Cosmetics Ltd. and Sterling Holiday Resorts India Ltd. Shyam's career began at Bharat Bijlee Ltd. as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, followed by various impactful roles in sales and marketing at multiple divisions of Godrej. Shyam holds an MMS in Marketing from Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
