Jayanna B has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, currently serving as Seed Development Manager at Crystal Crop Protection Pvt LTD since May 2017, focusing on seed development for Karnataka state. In parallel, Jayanna holds the position of Assistant Sales Manager at Godrej Agrovet Limited since May 2015, recognized for hard work and target achievement, earning the "Regional Star" award for Karnataka and Tamil Nadu in 2012 with Devgen Seeds and Crop Technology. Jayanna also has a significant tenure as Territory Sales Manager at Syngenta and previously worked as a Senior Sales Officer at Shriram Bioseed Genetics, specializing in corn and cotton crops. Early career experience includes the role of Sales Officer at Vibha Seeds Group from December 2005 to December 2007. Jayanna holds a BSc in Forestry from UAS Bangalore, having completed studies at STMRHS from 1984 to 1993.
