Krisstina Ebner is a shareholder in the Corporate Law Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. A significant portion of Krisstina's practice is in the area of mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations for companies of all sizes and in various industries. Krisstina also assists a variety of clients with general governance matters and general corporate matters. She regularly prepares and negotiates customer, supplier, consulting, employment, manufacturing, distribution and license agreements. Krisstina also assists clients in structuring promotional contests and sweepstakes.
Krisstina received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree summa cum laude in Finance with a Global Business minor, as well as her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in Spanish, from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She earned her law degree magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where she served as a Note & Comment Editor of the Marquette Law Review, Student Editor of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel Quarterly, President of the Business Law Society, and as a teaching assistant for the Legal Writing and Research program. Krisstina has been a multiple recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and was named to the Dean's List.
While in law school, Krisstina clerked at the United States Court of Appeals Seventh Circuit for Judge Diane S. Sykes and worked for Direct Supply, Inc. as a legal intern.
Krisstina joined our Firm in 2006 as a summer associate. She serves on the Associates Committee, the Ethics Committee and serves as a summer associate mentor.
