Garin Hess is the Founder and CEO of Consensus, a previous VP General Manager of Rapid Intake at CallidusCloud, and a Founder and Director of Witness Music. Hess has been an adjunct professor at BYU Hawaii and a training manager at Columbia Ultimate.
Hess has always had a passion for music. In 2012, they founded Witness Music, a non-profit organization that puts on live community events for soloists, narrators, orchestra, and choir. With the help of hundreds of volunteers, Hess has produced quality musical events that have inspired thousands.
In 1995, Hess began their career as a training manager at Columbia Ultimate. Five years later, they founded Rapid Intake, where they served as the CEO until 2011. While at Rapid Intake, Hess oversaw all aspects of e-learning and mobile learning authoring tools division including marketing, sales, product management, etc. In September 2011, Hess joined CallidusCloud as the VP General Manager of Rapid Intake. Garin held this position until October 2012 when they left to start Consensus.
Consensus is Hess’s most recent venture. As the Founder and CEO, Hess is using their years of experience in the industry to create a company that provides an easier way for people to come to agreement.
Garin Hess has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Washington State University.
