Angela was recently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Pearson, responsible for the people strategy throughout all of the North American business units. Responsibilities included Organizational Design, Change Management, Internal Executive Coaching, Employee Grievance Resolution, Diversity and Inclusion, and Talent and Employee Retention Strategies. She worked at Pearson for 20 years in a senior human resources role and previously held senior human resources roles with Viacom and Simon and Schuster. Angela has also served on the Harvard University Women’s Leadership Board for five years and currently serves on the Rockland County chapter of SHRM’s Board. She joined the GoCoach strategic advisory team because she loves the passion around what GoCoach brings to the market. There are so many opportunities for this organization within the human capital environment.
