Israel Fortin is an assistant professor at Goa Institute of Management. Israel was previously an assistant professor at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from June 2018 to April 2022. Israel was also a postdoctoral researcher at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from May 2016 to December 2017, where they researched innovation management in the port of Rotterdam. Additionally, they have worked as a presenter for Acfas - Association francophone pour le savoir in May 2014 and for the European Group for Organizational Studies in July 2015.

Dr. Israel Fortin is a professor of management at HEC Montréal. Israel holds a Ph.D in administration and management from HEC Montréal, a Master of Science in communication from Université de Montréal, and a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Université du Québec à Montréal. Israel also has a DEC in sciences de la santé from Cégep du Vieux-Montréal.
