Mhar Arana has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they served as a Collections Agent for Riscuity Asia Inc. and then as a Collection Specialist for Admerex. In 2013, they were a Business Manager for Womens Weakness Enterprise. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Online English Teacher for Bibo Global Opportunity. Mhar then worked at PAMS Consultancy from 2016 to 2019 in a variety of roles, including Lead Generation Specialist, Admin Assistant, Client Account Associate, and Recruitment Associate. In 2019, they were also a Client Acquisitions and Support Manager for Core Business Solutions. Currently, Mhar Arana is employed at QA World as an Analyst and at Go2 as a Recruitment Team Manager.

Mhar Arana attended Colegio San Agustin-Binan for Elementary to Highschool, and then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Education with an English Major from Sta. Isabel College.
