Ma. Genevieve Gapul has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership within the business process outsourcing industry. Currently serving as a Dedicated Staff at Go2 since September 2019, Ma. Genevieve previously held the positions of Team Leader and Customer Service Representative at SupportNinja from January 2017 to August 2019 and served as a Customer Service Representative at Sutherland from January 2011 to January 2016 and at another company from March 2008 to May 2010. Ma. Genevieve pursued undergraduate studies in Information Technology at Eastern Visayas State University between 2004 and 2006.
