Michelle Bell is a seasoned professional in UX research, product design, and customer experience with extensive experience in leading high-impact projects and teams. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Go1 since July 2021, Michelle has guided design and product teams by providing research-based insights and identifying high-value opportunities for customers. Previous roles include Product Design Manager and Lead Product Designer at Go1, where Michelle fostered creative, evidence-informed strategies and facilitated collaboration among cross-functional teams. Earlier experiences include management roles at Suncorp Group, UnitingCare Queensland, MAX Solutions, and several other organizations in marketing and business development. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia & Marketing from Southern Cross University and a Certificate IV in Graphic Design from Shillington Education.
