Azrin Hady's work experience begins in 2019 as a Data Assistant (Part-time) at Cenozai. In 2020, they worked as a Graduate Trainee at UEM Edgenta Berhad. In 2021, Azrin Hady held the position of Project Engineer at Roda Emas Industries Sdn Bhd. In 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Go To U (M) Sdn Bhd, a company offering end-to-end Electric Vehicle Charging solutions in Malaysia. Currently, Azrin Hady is the Chief Operating Officer at GO TO U (M) Sdn Bhd, where they lead a team to develop the first digital experience platform for e-mobility.

Azrin Hady completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering from the University of Nottingham from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree with Honours in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham Malaysia, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Azrin Hady has completed two certification courses. In February 2021, they obtained a certification in the "Learn Python 3 Course" from Codecademy. Azrin also completed a course in "Learn the Command Line" from Codecademy in January 2021.
