Shubham Rathi is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in high-volume product development and AdTech. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Gojek Tech since January 2019, Shubham manages a team of 18 engineers and is responsible for the Ads, Promos & Monetisation stream, focusing on creating roadmaps and collaborating with product leadership. Previous roles at Gojek include Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, and Product Engineer, where Shubham contributed to building comprehensive ad offerings, architecting ad ecosystems, and developing driver onboarding platforms. Prior experience includes internships at Boeing and Samsung Electronics, as well as contributions to The Linux Foundation and Indian School of Business. Shubham holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and an MS in Computational Humanities from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad.
