Mathías Martínez Fernández is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and sustainability management. Currently serving as the Regional Office Manager for Global Fruselva in Mexico, Mathías leads initiatives in business direction, product development, and key account management across North America and Southeast Asia. Previous roles include sustainability management responsibilities and project management, with a foundational background in quality assurance and molecular biology research. Mathías holds an ongoing Master of Business Administration from ENEB and has earned a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Energy from Universitat Rovira i Virgili, as well as a Bachelor in Biological Sciences from Universidad de la República.
