Francesc Felip Badia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Francesc began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Agrofesa in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Purchasing Assistant at Polymer Group Inc. The following year, they joined Million Nation Ltd. as a Procurement Manager. In 2016, they returned to Agrofesa, this time in an administrative role. In 2014, they joined Global Fruselva, starting as a Project Manager and later transitioning to Supply Chain Manager and then Plant Manager. Currently, they hold the position of COO at Global Fruselva.

Francesc Felip Badia completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Universitat Rovira i Virgili from 2008 to 2012. From 2011 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Development Economics and International Development at West University of Timisoara. In 2013, they attended Queensland Academy of Technology to study English, specifically focusing on IELTS Preparation. In 2016, Francesc Felip Badia pursued a Masters degree in Supply Chain Management at EAE Business School, specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
