Virginie Buscail is the current Head of Customer Care at Electra. Virginie has previous experience working as a Care Team Leader and Customer Care at Indy (ex Georges.tech) from October 2020 to August 2022 and July 2019 to October 2020, respectively.
Virginie is responsible for ensuring the excellent level of execution of Indy's customer relations standards, analyzing main KPIs, making reports and providing feedback. Virginie also participated in recruiting the customer care team, prepared and took part in onboarding new teams, and trained them in customer care techniques.
In their previous role, Virginie was responsible for guaranteeing the customer experience and aligning it with Indy's values. Virginie would find solutions to every problem that arose and build personalized relationships with each client. Virginie was also required to have excellent writing skills, be well-organized, and be able to teach others.
Virginie successfully met performance indicators and participated in improving processes and training materials. Virginie developed expertise in their field and gained in-depth knowledge of various products. The tools they are most familiar with include Intercom (live-chat), Slack, Pipefy, Slite, and Notion.
