Alex McDougall serves as President & CEO and previously as President & COO at Stablecorp Inc. since July 2021. Concurrently, Alex holds the position of Director at Big Shooter Golf. Prior experience includes Managing Director at 3iQ Corp and Chief Investment Officer at Bicameral Ventures. Alex's career began at BMO Capital Markets, where roles included Investment Banking Associate in both the Financial Institutions/Fintech Group and M&A, as well as a Summer Associate. Additionally, Alex worked as an Underwriter at Export Development Canada, achieving notable performance metrics and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Alex also has experience as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst at The Fund @ Sprott, a Business Analyst at MD Investment Management, and a Summer Business Analyst at Rogers Communications. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and International Business from Carleton University.
