After graduating in Business Administration, Mario Gnutti joined his father at Gnutti Carlo. In 2003, he joined the family group, Gnutti Carlo S.p.A. He developed his first professional experiences in the shop floor by deepening and applying all the most modern production management techniques (Toyota method, TPM, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing). In 2011, Mario Gnutti decided to give the company a strong, managerial imprint with the aim of strengthening and expanding the competitive positioning of the Gnutti Carlo Group and creating value.
At the same time, he is the promoter and supporter of many projects within the Gnutti Carlo Group: the Lean Journey, the Gnutti Carlo Academy, Industry 4.0, the Gnutti Management System, and much more.
