Mads Bab is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience specializing in organizational consulting, leadership development, and positive psychology. Currently serving as a Key Note Speaker, Senior Advisor, and Author at Gnist since July 2011, Mads offers engaging presentations and workshops focusing on psychological safety and collaboration. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Preferred by Nature, where Mads developed people and talent strategies for a global team, and Global Lead for Culture & Leadership at Grundfos. With a background in academia as an external lecturer in positive psychology at Aarhus University and extensive management consultancy experience, Mads holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Aarhus University.
