Janus Grant Petersen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. As the Director of Talent & Leadership at GN Group since March 2021, Janus oversees the Talent & Leadership Development and Recruitment & Employer Branding teams, contributing to the HR Leadership Team. Previously at Coloplast, Janus served as Senior Manager, focusing on global talent management and leadership coaching. Janus also held significant roles at Danske Bank, where responsibilities ranged from HR Chief Consultant to Senior Consultant, and at VELUX as Talent Manager. Additionally, Janus lectures on talent management at Roskilde University and has a strong educational background, including an M.A. in Cross-media Communication and an M.Sc. in Psychology & Organizational Theory.
