Stephanie de Wit is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Advocaat-partner at GMW advocaten since September 2018. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at DVDW Advocaten for nearly 13 years, where responsibilities included commercial contract law, financing and securities, as well as handling companies in distress and directors' liability. As a Gastdocent at Nyenrode Business Universiteit and RSM Business Valuation, Stephanie contributed to the education of future valuators in areas such as insolvency law. Stephanie holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Leiden University and has completed post-doctoral studies in Insolvency Law at Grotius Academie. Additionally, Stephanie served as a board member at the Haagse Vastgoed Kring from 2018 to 2020.
