Eugene Zimin is a seasoned telecommunications and IT professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board at GMS Worldwide since 2013, Eugene has contributed to the growth of a telecommunications company recognized for its SMS and MMS services, mobile marketing, and IT solutions. Previous positions include Chief Information Officer at Ukrposhta, Founder of the PriNum mWallet platform, and Deputy in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, where legislative efforts involved overseeing telecommunications and public e-procurement initiatives. Earlier career milestones include serving as Director General and CTO at PrioCom, where global telecommunication networks were established, and as CTO at SOFT-TRONIK, focusing on complex telecommunication projects. Eugene's career began as IT Manager at the Kiev Stock Exchange and includes a solid academic foundation with a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and postgraduate studies at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
